Billing Policy
This Billing Policy outlines how payments, fees, and transactions are handled on Omigh’s.
1. Payments
All product purchases must be paid in full at checkout.
Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, mobile money, bank transfers, and other digital payment options depending on your region.
For Omigh’s Delite and other Omigh’s direct products, billing is handled by Omigh’s directly.
For third-party sellers, Omigh’s acts as a facilitator and does not control or guarantee seller pricing.
2. Service Fees
Sellers may be charged a listing or transaction fee, depending on the type of product and plan selected.
Fees will be clearly displayed before publishing listings.
3. Refunds & Disputes
We offer same-day delivery within Lagos. For deliveries outside Lagos, please allow 2 to 3 business days.
Because our products are food items, they cannot be returned after purchase. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a 50% refund.
4. Subscriptions (if applicable)
In the event that seller subscription plans for product listings are offered, billing will occur on a monthly basis.
5. Billing Errors
If you believe there is an error in your billing, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We’ll investigate and resolve it promptly.
